We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and refund terms below before making a booking. Refund percentages apply to the advance paid online; the balance payable at the property is not collected when you cancel.
Cancellation Terms
All cancellation timelines are calculated based on your scheduled check-in date.
How to Cancel
To cancel your booking, please contact us directly via WhatsApp or email with your booking reference. Cancellations are considered effective from the date and time we acknowledge your request — not the date you send the message.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds take up to 8 days to reach the original payment method.
- Any payment gateway or transaction charges that are non-recoverable may be deducted from the refund amount.
Date Changes & Rescheduling
Rescheduling is free 7 or more days before check-in, subject to availability. For changes less than 7 days before check-in, contact our team for the charges applicable to your booking.
No-Shows
Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled check-in date without prior communication will be treated as a no-show and will not be eligible for any refund.
Weather & Force Majeure
If Teddy’s cancels your stay, we refund the full amount you paid for the booking.
If government restrictions cancel only the jeep safari, we refund ₹500 per paying guest, including children who paid the full rate. Children who stayed free are not eligible for this safari refund.
