The nearby sunset point is about a 10-minute walk from the campsite. Joining is optional; you can rest at camp instead. Sunset trekking is not included at Paradise 4 BHK or Stone Villa.

A tea-factory stop is optional. Inform our team in advance or speak to your jeep driver to arrange a drop-off.

Transfers from the partner pickup point to the Kolukkumalai jeep safari and back to the campsite are included.

Pets are welcome with prior confirmation. Contact our team before bringing a pet.

Quiet hours are 9:30 pm–7:00 am. Alcohol and smoking are allowed in common areas.

Early check-in and late checkout are available at no extra charge when availability permits. Contact our team in advance to confirm.

Any government-issued ID is accepted at check-in.

If Teddy’s cancels your stay, we refund the full amount you paid for the booking. If government restrictions cancel only the jeep safari, we refund ₹500 per paying guest, including children who paid the full rate. Children who stayed free are not eligible for this safari refund.

You receive an automatic WhatsApp booking update with a link to My Booking. For partner stays, final confirmation follows the host’s acceptance. Your host’s name and number and the meeting pin are sent around 6 pm the evening before arrival. For last-minute bookings, these details are sent automatically after confirmation. Your booking page has your check-in information and trip details.

Your booking includes accommodation, evening tea & snacks, dinner and breakfast, a campfire evening with DJ music, and the sunrise jeep safari to Kolukkumalai peak at 8,530 ft. Paradise 4 BHK and Stone Villa include dinner, breakfast and the sunrise safari. Evening tea and snacks and the sunset trek are not included. Campfire costs ₹1,000 per campfire per day, not per person; speakers are not allowed. Lunch is not included. Lunch is available only by ordering at least 24 hours in advance. Choose a custom menu; we quote it separately by phone or when you confirm your order. There is no fixed lunch menu or price.

We're in Suryanelli, about 25 km from Munnar town. From Munnar Junction: shared jeep (₹100) or bus (₹38) + auto (₹40). If driving, parking is available at the base. We send Google Maps pin and directions after booking.

Warm clothes (it gets cold at 8,530 ft, especially during the 4 AM safari), comfortable shoes, a torch/flashlight, and personal medications. We provide tents, bedding, blankets, evening tea & snacks, dinner and breakfast.

Wake-up calls begin around 4:00 am so you have time to get ready. Be ready to leave at 5:00 am; we aim to reach the viewpoint before 6:10 am.

Vegetarian dinner: Mixed vegetable curry replaces the chicken dishes. Paneer and other vegetable dishes may be available, depending on the day. Cancel 7 or more days before check-in for a 100% refund of your advance. Cancel 2–6 days before for a 50% advance refund. No refund under 2 days before check-in or for a no-show. Rescheduling is free 7 or more days before check-in, subject to availability. For changes less than 7 days before check-in, contact our team for the charges applicable to your booking. Approved refunds take up to 8 days to reach the original payment method.

October to May is peak season with the clearest skies for sunrise. June to September is monsoon — lush green landscape but clouds may block the sunrise. Weekdays are less crowded.

Children under 10 stay free. Guests aged 10 and above pay the full per-person rate.
