Suryanelli, Munnar — 15 km east of Munnar town, on the Kerala–Tamil Nadu border. Everything you need to plan the trip and settle in on arrival.
How to reach
Shared jeep
₹100/head — 8 AM to 3 PM from Munnar Junction. Stops at Suryanelli base.
Bus + auto
KSRTC to Munnar → Bus to Power House (₹38) → Share auto to Suryanelli (₹40).
Driving yourself
Safe parking at Suryanelli base camp. Off-road jeep pickup from there to Kolukkumalai — your car stays below.
Nearest airports
Cochin (COK) — 140 km, 4 hrs. Madurai (IXM) — 170 km, 5 hrs.
On check-in day
Arrive at Suryanelli base by 2 PM. We handle all uphill jeep logistics from there.
